Wir suchen Verstärkung für unser kreatives Experience Design-Team. Du arbeitest in einem interdisziplinären Team mit engagierten und hilfsbereiten Kolleg:innen, betreust abwechslungsreiche Kunden und Projekte und profitierst von einer individuellen Begleitung und Förderung durch deinen persönlichen Mentor. Werde Teil unseres Teams und gestalte mit uns die digitale Zukunft.

Deine Mission

Entwicklung und Weiterentwicklung von Interface Designs und Design Systemen
Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung neuer Kreativ-Konzepte
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Design Lead, Strategie, Konzept und Development

Dein Profil

Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Digital Design
Erste praktische Erfahrung als Junior Art Director oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle
Gestalterischen Feingefühl
Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und Neugier
Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke
Sorgfalt und strukturierter Arbeitsweise
Exzellente Figma- und Prototyping-Skills
Sehr gute Photoshop- und Illustrator-Skills
Motion Design-Skills sind ein toller Bonus, aber kein Muss

You will work in an interdisciplinary team with dedicated and helpful colleagues, support a variety of clients and projects, and benefit from individual support and encouragement from your personal mentor. Your mission

Development and refinement of interface designs and design systems
Support in the development of new creative concepts
Close collaboration with design lead, strategy, concept and development

Your profile

A completed apprenticeship or degree in digital design
Initial practical experience as a junior art director or in a comparable role
Creative sensitivity
Quick comprehension and curiosity
Strong communication skills
Careful and structured approach to work
Excellent Figma and prototyping skills
Very good Photoshop and Illustrator skills
Motion design skills are a great bonus, but not a must
